The Development and Communications Manager is a key member of the three-person team and plays a leadership role in designing and executing fundraising and donor engagement strategies. This position manages digital fundraising campaigns, writes compelling donor communications, works closely with board members and the NCS leadership team, and supervises the Development Assistant.

The Senior Accountant is responsible for various activities including government (city, state and federal) grant reporting and invoicing, allocating payroll, providing accounts payable and receivable support and tracking grants and donations, among other functions.
The Peer Advocate/Recovery coach is responsible for providing individual recovery planning based on peer recovery services assessments with all clients and prospective clients applying for or considering services at Chance for Change.
